In October 2015 the new version of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 was published. Since then these standards have been available through the web shop of Dutch Standards Institute (NEN) www.nen.nl What does this mean for your license and what content changed within the norm? On this page we gladly give you explanation.
ISO has prescribed a period of three years, commencing from the publication of the new standards, in which your organization has to make a transition to the new standard. This makes ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certificates valid until 15th of September 2018.
When will my certificate be modified:
For existing certification schemes (organizations already certified by QualityMasters) have the opportunity to change to new standard before the 15th of June 2018. New certification programs will only be based on the new standards.
How to continue:
QualityMasters has developed a service to help in the transition from the old to the new standards. With this service we evaluate through a special surveillance audit, your methods based on the new standards. We report our findings, as you would expect from us. The report can be used as a basis for an action plan to implement the new standards.
What changes are substantive:
The new standards are primarily more focused on current business strategies. This makes it easier for your organization to integrate activities in your everyday process. To give you more insight into the changes, we will help you on your way. Click here for more information.
